How much commission can I earn?
As a Strategic Partner, you earn 10% recurring commission on the monthly subscription fees for every successful referral. This commission is calculated on the base subscription only (excluding one-off costs, setup fees, and add-ons) and is paid monthly via international bank transfer or PayPal. There is a minimum payout threshold of £100.
Commission Duration: Your commission is paid for the duration of the client's minimum commitment period. For example, if your referred client signs up for a 12-month commitment, you earn 10% recurring commission for those 12 months. This incentivises you to help clients find the right commitment level for their growth objectives.
One-Off Projects: For one-off projects (such as a single Sprint), we offer a flat 10% commission on the project fee.
Special Referral Bonuses:
If you refer an investor who signs up their first portfolio company: £500 one-off fee
If you refer a white label agency: 10% recurring commission on their White Label plan
Example: If you refer a client who subscribes to our £5,000/month service tier, you earn £500 per month for the duration of their minimum commitment period. If you refer 5 clients at this tier, you earn £2,500 per month in recurring commission.
Commissions continue for the duration of the client's minimum commitment period. If they renew with a new commitment, your commission continues. Please note that there is a minimum payout threshold of £100. You can refer as many clients as you like, and there's no ceiling on your potential earnings.

How do I submit and track my referrals?
Once you are approved as a Strategic Partner, you will gain access to our self-service partner portal. Inside the dashboard, you can submit new leads through a simple form, which immediately logs the referral to your account. You can then track the status of every referral in real-time (e.g. from "Received" and "Contacted" to "In Discussion" and "Closed-Won"), ensuring you always have full transparency on your referral pipeline and potential earnings.

Can I refer investors or other agencies?
Absolutely. If you refer an investor (angel, VC, or PE firm) who signs up their first portfolio company, you'll receive a £500 one-off fee. If you refer a white label agency, you'll earn 10% recurring commission on their White Label plan. These special referral bonuses are in addition to your standard commission for referring direct clients.

What happens if a referred client cancels their subscription?
Our recurring commissions are tied directly to the active subscription of the client you referred for the duration of their minimum commitment period. If a client cancels their service with GoGorilla.com before their minimum commitment period ends, the commission for that specific client will cease from that point forward. If they complete their minimum commitment period, your commission ends at that point (unless they renew with a new commitment). You will, however, continue to earn commissions for all other active referrals you have made.
