Do I need to live in one of your workspace countries to apply?

No. Most roles are fully remote and open worldwide. The listed countries simply have physical workspaces for teammates who prefer occasional office days. If a position has a location-specific legal or tax requirement, it will be noted in the job post.

Can I apply again if I am not selected?

Certainly. If you do not pass the assessment or interview, you can re-apply after six months. We encourage candidates to use that time to gain additional experience or complete relevant courses that are publicly available.
