We believe this model is outdated and often forces you to pay for outputs you may not need.

Instead, we do something different: you purchase a flexible block of our team's expert time, measured in day rates. This is your dedicated capacity, which you can direct towards the tasks that matter most to your business each month.

How this puts you in control:

  • You get ultimate flexibility: Your business priorities can change quickly. One month you might need to focus heavily on creating a new video, whilst the next might be about intensive community engagement. Our model allows you to pivot your focus without being locked into a rigid contract. You direct the capacity where you need it most.

  • You prioritise quality over quantity: This model frees you from the pressure of arbitrary quotas. Instead of us churning out low-impact work just to meet a number, our team focuses on producing high-quality, strategic assets that are designed to achieve your specific goals.

What is a ‘day rate’?

A day rate is our standard unit of capacity, equivalent to 8 hours of focused team time. This time is a "blend" of the different roles needed for the task, such as a strategist, a copywriter, or a designer. We track all work to the minute using automated time-tracking software. Whilst we don't send detailed hourly breakdowns by default (as we focus on the outcome), we maintain this data for full transparency and can provide it if needed. We will always notify you if a request is likely to exceed your remaining monthly capacity.

If you have a larger project or need more work done in a given month, you can easily purchase additional day rates. For a permanent increase, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan. Simply schedule a call with your Account Executive to discuss the best option for you.

Please note that if you sign up for paid advertising, we will pause your subscription until the ads are live, so the second payment will only be taken after a full month of advertising.

Are there long-term contracts involved with your services?

No, our services do not come with long-term contracts. Instead, we provide flexible options with either a three-month, six-month, or twelve-month minimum commitment. Whichever duration you choose, after the initial commitment period, the contract automatically switches to a 30-day rolling contract. All payments are taken in advance on a monthly basis throughout the commitment period.

Yes, you can sign up for different services with different minimum commitment periods. You will need to indicate your preferred term for each service when you book your consultation call. To do this, please follow the steps below:

What is the ‘Blended Capacity Model’?

Our Blended Capacity Model is a modern, flexible approach designed to put you in control and maximise the value of your investment. Traditional agencies often sell rigid packages with a fixed number of deliverables (e.g. "10 posts per month"). We believe this model is outdated and often forces you to pay for outputs you may not need.

Instead, we do something different: you purchase a flexible block of our team's expert time, measured in day rates. This is your dedicated capacity, which you can direct towards the tasks that matter most to your business each month.

How this puts you in control:

  • You get ultimate flexibility: Your business priorities can change quickly. One month you might need to focus heavily on creating a new video, whilst the next might be about intensive community engagement. Our model allows you to pivot your focus without being locked into a rigid contract. You direct the capacity where you need it most.

  • You prioritise quality over quantity: This model frees you from the pressure of arbitrary quotas. Instead of us churning out low-impact work just to meet a number, our team focuses on producing high-quality, strategic assets that are designed to achieve your specific goals.

  • You benefit from our efficiency: We use advanced workflows and creative innovation to work as efficiently as possible. With our model, those efficiency gains are passed directly to you. It means we can get more high-quality work done within your purchased capacity, giving you a better return on your investment.

What is a ‘day rate’?

A day rate is our standard unit of capacity, equivalent to 8 hours of focused team time. This time is a "blend" of the different roles needed for the task, such as a strategist, a copywriter, or a designer. We track all work to the minute using automated time-tracking software. Whilst we don't send detailed hourly breakdowns by default (as we focus on the outcome), we maintain this data for full transparency and can provide it if needed. We will always notify you if a request is likely to exceed your remaining monthly capacity.

If you have a larger project or need more work done in a given month, you can easily purchase additional day rates. For a permanent increase, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan. Simply schedule a call with your Account Executive to discuss the best option for you.

Please note that if you sign up for paid advertising, we will pause your subscription until the ads are live, so the second payment will only be taken after a full month of advertising.

Are there long-term contracts involved with your services?

No, our services do not come with long-term contracts. Instead, we provide flexible options with either a three-month, six-month, or twelve-month minimum commitment. Whichever duration you choose, after the initial commitment period, the contract automatically switches to a 30-day rolling contract. All payments are taken in advance on a monthly basis throughout the commitment period.

Can I sign up for different services with different commitment periods?

Yes, you can sign up for different services with different minimum commitment periods. You will need to indicate your preferred term for each service when you book your consultation call. To do this, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Click Get Started at the top of the page.

  2. Select the services and any add-ons you or your clients are interested in, then choose one commitment period so initial discounts can be applied.

  3. Click the Get Started button in the pricing calculator near the bottom of the screen, then complete the discovery form. At the end of the form, you will have the option to schedule a free 45-minute consultation call with one of our experts.

  4. In the “What would you like to discuss on the call?” field, list each service and the commitment period you want. For example:

    • Paid Advertising – 12 months

    • Email Marketing – 12 months

    • Social Media Management – 6 months

  5. Submit the form to finalise your request.

Please note that the selections you make and the details you enter in the form are not legally binding and do not commit you to any payment or onboarding. They simply tell us which services interest you so we can prepare an accurate proposal. Final discounts will be confirmed during your consultation. For the best value, and lower monthly fees, we highly recommend opting for a longer commitment.

Do you provide customised proposals?

Yes, we offer customised proposals for our Enterprise plans that are tailored to your unique requirements, industry, and business model. For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), we adapt our standard proposals based on your selections, budget, and goals, and our team will advise you on the best services to achieve your specific goals.

Do you offer a quick consultancy or “checking” service?

No, we don’t offer one-off consultation or audit-only services. GoGorilla.com  provides fully managed performance marketing so we can maintain complete accountability for quality, timelines, and results. 

However, For businesses that require this senior-level oversight, we recommend opting for our Semi-Dedicated Virtual CMO add-on. This provides an experienced marketing executive to set your strategy, lead the team, and ensure accountability for results. Please note that this add-on is exclusively available to clients on an Enterprise plan for at least one of our core services (Paid Advertising, Social Media Management, or Email Marketing). This can be used to provide strategic oversight across all your active GoGorilla.com  services (e.g. Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media Management), so you do not need to purchase it more than once.

Are there long-term contracts involved with your services?

No, our services do not come with long-term contracts. Instead, we provide flexible options with either a three-month, six-month, or twelve-month minimum commitment. Whichever duration you choose, after the initial commitment period, the contract automatically switches to a 30-day rolling contract. All payments are taken in advance on a monthly basis throughout the commitment period.

Can I sign up for different services with different commitment periods?

Yes, you can sign up for different services with different minimum commitment periods. You will need to indicate your preferred term for each service when you book your consultation call. To do this, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Click Get Started at the top of the page.

  2. Select the services and any add-ons you or your clients are interested in, then choose one commitment period so initial discounts can be applied.

  3. Click the Get Started button in the pricing calculator near the bottom of the screen, then complete the discovery form. At the end of the form, you will have the option to schedule a free 45-minute consultation call with one of our experts.

  4. In the “What would you like to discuss on the call?” field, list each service and the commitment period you want. For example:

    • Paid Advertising – 12 months

    • Email Marketing – 12 months

    • Social Media Management – 6 months

  5. Submit the form to finalise your request.

Please note that the selections you make and the details you enter in the form are not legally binding and do not commit you to any payment or onboarding. They simply tell us which services interest you so we can prepare an accurate proposal. Final discounts will be confirmed during your consultation. For the best value, and lower monthly fees, we highly recommend opting for a longer commitment.

Do you provide customised proposals?

Yes, we offer customised proposals for our Enterprise plans that are tailored to your unique requirements, industry, and business model. For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), we adapt our standard proposals based on your selections, budget, and goals, and our team will advise you on the best services to achieve your specific goals.

Do you offer a quick consultancy or “checking” service?

No, we don’t offer one-off consultation or audit-only services. GoGorilla.com  provides fully managed performance marketing so we can maintain complete accountability for quality, timelines, and results. 

However, For businesses that require this senior-level oversight, we recommend opting for our Semi-Dedicated Virtual CMO add-on. This provides an experienced marketing executive to set your strategy, lead the team, and ensure accountability for results. Please note that this add-on is exclusively available to clients on an Enterprise plan for at least one of our core services (Paid Advertising, Social Media Management, or Email Marketing). This can be used to provide strategic oversight across all your active GoGorilla.com  services (e.g. Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media Management), so you do not need to purchase it more than once.

Does your pricing include taxes?

Our pricing does not include taxes, such as VAT for UK businesses. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout and on your invoice to ensure full transparency.
