Do you guarantee funding?
Whilst we cannot guarantee funding, we provide you with the best possible materials, strategy, and support to maximise your chances of success. Our incentives are aligned with your outcomes, and our Scale plan includes a Shared Success Proposal where a portion of our fee is tied to your fundraising success. This ensures we are fully invested in helping you achieve your goals.

Do you provide investment advice or act as an FCA‑regulated advisor?
No. GoGorilla.com does not provide investment advice and is not authorised or regulated by the FCA.
Our role is to:
- Prepare and refine your fundraising materials
- Help you structure your narrative, financial model, and data room
- Identify and prioritise potential investors and provide outreach templates
- Support you in preparing for meetings and negotiations
All investment decisions are made independently by investors and by you as the founder or management team.

Who will I be working with?
You will have a dedicated Account Executive as your single point of contact, supported by a team of specialists in pitch deck design, financial modelling, and investor research. This ensures you have a dedicated team of experts working on your behalf.

What happens after the project ends?
After your post-delivery support period ends, you will continue to have lifetime access to our Strategic Partner Network and the Premium tier of our Fundraising & Exit Portal. You will also have the option to engage us for ongoing monthly support or for future fundraising rounds at a discounted rate.

Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. We will simply charge you the difference in price between your current package and the one you are upgrading to.

What if I need additional services?
We offer a wide range of add-on services, including extra investor research, additional pitch coaching sessions, and support for crowdfunding campaigns. You can see a full list of our add-ons in our proposal.

How do you handle revisions?
We include a set number of revision rounds in our Starter and Grow packages (2 and 3, respectively). Our Scale package includes unlimited revisions during the project period. We work collaboratively with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your materials.
