The accumulated amount can be claimed every six months, and you can redeem your earned credits directly through your dashboard. While we request regular feedback to ensure alignment with your goals, there are no penalties for infrequent submissions. You also have the option to disable feedback request notifications. Feedback can be provided at any time through your client portal.
