Who can I resell your services to?

You can resell our services to any business, in any industry, regardless of their funding status. Whilst our direct-client work is focused on the specific needs of investor-backed companies, you have the autonomy to serve any market you choose. This ensures you can serve your entire enterprise portfolio with confidence, from national players to global leaders.

We provide the following guidelines, shared from our experience, to help you identify clients who are best positioned to benefit from our outcome-driven model. A strong client fit typically demonstrates the following characteristics:

  • A Coherent Business Model: They can clearly articulate their value proposition and revenue model. They have a defined target audience and a deep understanding of the problem their product or service solves.

  • Verifiable Product-Market Fit: They possess objective evidence that a real market needs their solution. This can be demonstrated through initial sales traction, low customer churn, strong user engagement, or a portfolio of positive customer feedback.

  • A Tangible Ambition to Scale: Their goals are not just ideas but well-defined objectives. This could include plans for team expansion, entering new markets, or preparing for a future funding round. They view strategic marketing as the primary engine for achieving these milestones.

  • A Realistic Marketing Budget: They understand that marketing is a strategic, long-term investment. They have allocated a realistic and sustainable budget to support consistent campaign activity over a period of at least six to twelve months.

Please note that these guidelines are not restrictive rules but a strategic framework. If you believe your client meets these criteria, we are confident our partnership will be a success. We trust your judgement to make the final call. Once you bring a client on board, our entire team is financially and operationally aligned to deliver the results that will make both you and your client successful.

Do I need to have a client ready to sign up?

No, you do not need a client to get started. You can sign up for a White Label plan at any time. Once you complete your registration, you will receive instant access to your dedicated reseller portal and internal resources. When you are ready to onboard your first client, simply click Services in your portal's main navigation to build their plan or request a custom Enterprise proposal.

How does your FinTech work with our clients?

Our proprietary FinTech platform, GorillaMatrix, is a behind-the-scenes engine that powers our performance and is completely invisible to your end clients. Its primary function is to align our team's incentives with your client's success.

Whilst your end clients can share generic feedback on the creative assets we produce, only you, as our reseller partner, can directly score our team's performance. Inside your private Figma workspace, we add a Feedback page where you can score each deliverable and individual team member on a 1–10 scale. This data flows directly into GorillaMatrix, which combines it with other performance metrics to determine each team member's quarterly bonus. This data-driven process ensures our team is always laser-focused on delivering the results that matter most to your client.

Billing & Payments

How are management fees and ad spend billed?

All management fees are taken in advance for the upcoming month and exclude VAT. Your client's ad spend is a separate budget that is paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta). It is billed automatically in thresholds, with payments made via credit card, debit card, or direct debit once the threshold is reached. You will receive an invoice by email immediately after each payment for your records.

If you are unsure how much ad spend your client should allocate, you can provide details about their goals in our form, and we will advise on the optimal budget in our Shared Success Proposal.

Does your pricing include taxes?

Our pricing does not include taxes. For UK-based businesses, VAT will be added to your final invoice. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout for full transparency.

Do I need to bill my clients separately?

Yes, you are responsible for billing your own clients, which gives you full control over your pricing and profit margins. Our Enterprise plan is designed to make this process seamless by aligning our billing cycle with your cash flow.

Our synchronised automated billing system allows us to custom-align our charge date with your client payout schedule. For example, if your client pays you on the 5th and the funds land in your account on the 7th, we can arrange to charge your card on the 7th. This reduces the need for you to front cash for large projects and simplifies your accounting. An invoice is automatically emailed to you after each successful payment.

Client Confidentiality

Will my client know that I am using GoGorilla.com?

No, our partnership is 100% white-labelled to protect your brand. Our team works completely anonymously as an extension of your own, and we never communicate directly with your end client. You remain the single point of contact, so your brand always stays front and centre.

However, as an Enterprise partner, we do offer enhanced exceptions to this rule, which are only activated at your request:

  • Direct Communication: If you require our specialists to communicate directly with your client's leads or partners (e.g. for sales support or to secure ad account access), we can operate from email addresses on your agency's domain (specialist@youragency.com).

  • Sales Assistance Calls: For high-value opportunities, a senior member of our UK-based Partnerships or Sales Team can join your sales calls to provide strategic backup. They will act as an expert member of your team to help you close the deal.

In both scenarios, all interactions are completely white-labelled, and our team will present themselves as members of your own company.

Is there a minimum client requirement to become a reseller?

No, there are no minimum client or revenue requirements to become a GoGorilla Reseller. Our self-service model is designed for flexibility, allowing you to start with a single client and scale at your own pace.

We recommend signing up as soon as you have a potential client in mind, as our reseller onboarding capacity can sometimes be limited to ensure we maintain the highest quality of service for our existing partners.

What does the onboarding process involve for my end clients?

The onboarding process is designed to be simple for you and seamless for your client. Once you have signed up for a White Label plan and completed the payment for your client's services, you will gain access to our unbranded onboarding templates in your reseller portal.

Your role is to make a copy of the relevant Google Docs questionnaire, apply your own agency's branding, and then send it directly to your client to complete. Once they have filled it out, you simply upload the completed document to your portal. From there, our team handles the entire technical setup and account integration process anonymously in the background.

Can you help me create proposals for my clients?

Yes, this is a key benefit of our Enterprise partnership. You receive unlimited custom proposal support. You can request as many custom pre-sales proposals as you need to win new business. We prepare professional, white-label proposals with strategy recommendations, pricing, and timelines, allowing you to pitch confidently without doing the technical work yourself.

For all Shared Success Proposal requests, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice so our team can prepare a custom deck.

How does your FinTech work with our clients?

Billing & Payments

How are management fees and ad spend billed?

All management fees are taken in advance for the upcoming month and exclude VAT. Your client's ad spend is a separate budget that is paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta). It is billed automatically in thresholds, with payments made via credit card, debit card, or direct debit once the threshold is reached. You will receive an invoice by email immediately after each payment for your records.

If you are unsure how much ad spend your client should allocate, you can provide details about their goals in our form, and we will advise on the optimal budget in our Shared Success Proposal.

Does your pricing include taxes?

Our pricing does not include taxes. For UK-based businesses, VAT will be added to your final invoice. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout for full transparency.
