The Full-Time service includes the same 90-day performance guarantee, with additional structure behind it.
- Expectations and KPIs are agreed during onboarding and codified in our People-Success Matrix.
- Performance is monitored continuously using GorillaMatrix data, manager feedback, and client satisfaction scores.
- If issues arise, we initiate a Performance Improvement Plan and provide targeted coaching.
- If performance is still not where it needs to be within 90 days, we source and onboard a replacement at no additional management fee and coordinate handover to protect continuity.

What is the Talent Buyout option?
The Talent Buyout option gives you a clear path to hiring a Full-Time specialist directly if they become critical to your business.
- Available after a minimum of 12 months' engagement.
- The one-off buyout fee is a declining multiple of the monthly management fee, rewarding longer partnerships.
- Once the buyout is completed, the specialist becomes your direct employee, and you assume HR, payroll, and legal responsibilities.
This structure is designed to align with investor expectations for building core in-house teams whilst recognising the upfront investment we make in sourcing, training, and managing the specialist.
