General & Role-Specific Feedback: At any time, you can provide qualitative feedback on our performance, either for the team as a whole or for specific roles involved in your project.
How it's used: Your feedback is the most critical signal that powers our platform. It is combined with hard performance data (like campaign metrics and on-time delivery) to create a holistic, unbiased view of our performance. This data directly influences our team's compensation, ensuring they are always financially motivated to stay aligned with your goals.

How frequently can I provide feedback?
Feedback requests are automatically sent through WhatsApp at key stages, but you can provide feedback at any time that works for you or request that we complete the scoring on your behalf. Here are some examples of standard feedback triggers:

Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No, not as part of our standard engagement. Our built-in incentive models, such as Algorithmic Team Profit Sharing, are funded entirely from the management fee you pay for our services. We do not take any portion of your top-line revenue.
Optional, high-stakes incentive structures, such as our Outcome-Linked Success Bonus, can be structured around a percentage of revenue growth, profit, or a successful funding round. These are powerful, opt-in models designed for partners who want to create the deepest possible financial alignment. They are co-created with you and are never a requirement.
