Are there long-term contracts involved with your services?

No, our services do not come with long-term contracts. Instead, we provide flexible options with either a three-month, six-month, or twelve-month minimum commitment. Whichever duration you choose, after the initial commitment period, the contract automatically switches to a 30-day rolling commitment with a 14-day cancellation notice period required. All payments are taken in advance on a monthly basis throughout the commitment period.

To maximise your savings, we highly recommend opting for a longer commitment. The six-month option saves you up to 15%, whilst a 12-month commitment saves you up to 40%.

Please note that if you sign up for paid advertising, we will pause your subscription until the ads are live, so the second payment will only be taken after a full month of advertising.

Can I sign up for different services with different commitment periods?

Yes, you can sign up for different services with different minimum commitment periods, but you must submit separate proposal requests. Here’s how it works: 

  1. First Service: 

    • Visit the Get a Proposal page. 

    • Select your first service, any add-ons, and choose the commitment period. 

    • Click the Get Started button and complete the form with your business information and additional details.

    • Submit the form to finalise your proposal request.  

  2. Additional Service/s: 

    • Return to the Get a Proposal page. 

    • Choose your second or third service and the preferred commitment period. 

    • Click the Get Started button and, on the new form, select ‘I want to sign up for another service with a different commitment period’ so you do not have to re-enter your business information.

    • Submit the form to finalise your proposal request.
