About the role
As an Intern or Student Programme participant working remotely from South Africa, you will gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, technology, and business development while working with UK and international clients. You will receive structured mentorship and training to develop professional skills and explore career opportunities within our organisation.
Day-to-day, you'll support various departments based on your interests and studies, participate in real projects and initiatives, receive mentorship and training, and contribute to our performance marketing campaigns and platform development. This role is designed to provide valuable work experience and potential pathways to permanent positions.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a flexible internship programme available as part-time or full-time, fully remote from South Africa. You'll work closely with our London headquarters team through structured communication and regular video calls. Core collaboration hours align with South African mornings (UK afternoons) with flexibility for academic commitments. Time tracking software is required for security and progress monitoring.
Leadership trajectory
This is a development programme with potential pathways to graduate schemes or full-time positions. Outstanding interns may be invited to join our graduate programme or apply for permanent roles based on performance and business needs. Exceptional performers will have opportunities for continued development and may be eligible for potential UK visa sponsorship for permanent positions.

What you will bring
Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated (within 6 months) in a relevant field.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: R15,000 to R20,000 per month (full-time), with pro-rata adjustments for part-time programmes.
Currency options: Choose to be paid in ZAR, USD, GBP, or a combination.

30-60-90 day expectations
Day 30 – Complete onboarding and initial training, begin contributing to assigned projects.
Day 60 – Successfully deliver project contributions and demonstrate learning progress.
Day 90 – Consistently add value to projects and show potential for continued development.
Probation and performance framework
3-6 month programme duration with structured learning objectives and project milestones.
Performance reviews: Regular feedback sessions and development planning discussions.
Project assignments: Real work experience with increasing responsibility and complexity.
