About the role
This is a two-sided partnership rather than a job. You keep your clients and your brand, and we provide the delivery capacity, the tooling, and the commercial upside. There are three ways to work with us, and you choose the mix. Use our Philippines talent to deliver your own work at partner rates. Resell our full-service suite under your own brand and keep the margin. Or refer businesses to us and earn recurring commission. Many partners do all three.
Working pattern and flexibility
Fully remote across the UK, on your own hours, and you stay independent. There is no employment relationship, no exclusivity, and no minimum commitment to us. Once you have one active client, referral, or service with us, you are welcome to use a desk in our Chelsea office one day a week, and five unlock the full week, subject to availability.
What you will be doing
Running your own client relationships under your own brand, with our team delivering behind you.
Reselling our services at partner rates and setting your own retail prices.
Referring businesses you cannot serve yourself, and earning commission on what they sign up for.
Working with our team day to day on WhatsApp, with your tasks and clients on a shared board.
What you will bring
A UK base and at least one live client, or a portfolio that shows your work.
A specialism in social media, paid advertising, content, video, or email marketing.
Comfort owning the client relationship while delivery stays under your brand.
The intent to grow a book of clients, not just fill a quiet month.
You should not apply if

You cannot name a client or show work you have delivered.
You would rather hand your clients over than stay the lead on them.
How we work
Outcomes first. Our platform links our compensation to the results we deliver, for clients and for partners.
Invisible delivery. Your clients stay yours, we never approach them directly, and everything ships under your brand.
Low friction. Self-service pricing, a shared board for tasks, and WhatsApp for the day to day.
Straight answers. Partner rates, margins, and commission are published in the pricing calculator, so you can check every number before you apply.
How the partnership pays
White-label resell. Partner rates on the full suite, and you set your own retail prices, with the margin calculator showing your profit live.
Referrals. Recurring commission on each business you refer, starting at 10% of their initial monthly amount and rising to 20% as your active referrals grow, paid for the length of their minimum commitment period.
Delivery work. Active delivery partners earn a retainer plus a share of the upside they help create, up to 50% more than standard freelance market rates.
The desk perk. A Chelsea desk worth around £600 a month, unlocked at one active client, referral, or service.

Your first 90 days
Day 30. Signed up, your first plan priced in the calculator, and onboarded to your board.
Day 60. Your first active client, referral, or white-label plan live, which also unlocks your 15% own-use discount.
Day 90. A steady mix of the three routes that fits your book, with your commission and margins visible on your dashboard.
Our application process
We keep it light. This is a partnership application, not a hiring pipeline.
Application. A short form about you, your work, and your current clients.
Review for fit. We come back to you within two working days.
A thirty-minute call. We walk through the calculator, your numbers, and how you want to work together.
Onboarding. Your own board, portal access, and the partner WhatsApp group.
