About the role


Our Technical Graduate Scheme is a fast-track programme designed to develop the next generation of technical leaders at GoGorilla. You will rotate through our key technical functions, including data science, analytics, and engineering, gaining a deep understanding of our platform and our technology. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the business and to make a real impact from day one.


Day-to-day, you'll be working on a variety of projects, from building data pipelines to developing machine learning models. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and grow.


Working pattern and flexibility


This is a full-time, in-office role based in our central London headquarters. We believe that the best way to learn is by being immersed in our culture and collaborating with our team in person.


Leadership trajectory


This is a graduate scheme with a clear path to a permanent role at GoGorilla. You'll start by rotating through our key technical functions, with the opportunity to specialise in the area that best suits your skills and interests. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to progress to a leadership role within 2-3 years.

What you will be doing
  • Rotate through our key technical functions, including data science, analytics, and engineering.

  • Build data pipelines to support our analytics and reporting.

  • Develop machine learning models to power our predictive analytics and decision-making.

  • Work with our engineers to build and maintain our platform.

  • Learn from the best in the business and make a real impact from day one.


What you will bring
  • A recent graduate with a strong academic record in a technical subject.

  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • A willingness to learn and a coachable mindset.

  • London presence with the right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

Compensation and progression
  • Base salary: £35,000

  • On-target performance bonus: Performance bonuses and success-sharing opportunities.

  • Company profit-sharing: Participation in overall company success.

  • Equity: Meaningful equity participation is a core part of our compensation philosophy for high-performing team members, offering a stake in our long-term success.

  • Benefits: Private healthcare for full-time UK employees after 6 months probation, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop and modern tools, learning budget and regular team events.

  • Progression: Clear path to a permanent commercial role within 12-18 months, with opportunities to progress to leadership roles within 2-3 years.

30-60-90 day expectations
  • Day 30 – Complete onboarding, learn our technology stack, and begin your first rotation.

  • Day 60 – Take ownership of your first technical project and begin contributing to our technical playbook.

  • Day 90 – Consistently delivering high-impact results and demonstrating a clear understanding of our technology.
