About the role
As a Client Strategy Associate working remotely from South Africa, you will support the development and execution of client strategies for UK and international clients. You will work closely with our London client strategy team to analyse client performance, develop strategic recommendations, and support client success initiatives across various industries and markets.
Day-to-day, you'll be analysing client performance data, supporting strategy development processes, preparing client reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client success. This role leverages the excellent analytical skills and attention to detail of South African professionals in supporting complex client strategy work.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is an entry-level role available as full-time, fully remote from South Africa. You'll work closely with our London headquarters team through structured communication and regular video calls. Core collaboration hours align with South African mornings (UK afternoons) for optimal team interaction. Time tracking software is required for security and progress monitoring.
Leadership trajectory
This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path to Client Strategy Lead and beyond. You'll start by learning client strategy fundamentals, with the opportunity to progress to managing your own client portfolio within 18-24 months based on performance. Exceptional performers will have opportunities for UK visa sponsorship and potential relocation to our London office.
What you will be doing
Analyse client performance data and identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
Support the development of client strategies and strategic planning processes.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client success and strategy execution.
Monitor client performance metrics and track the progress of strategic initiatives.
Contribute to client strategy methodology development and process improvement.
Support client meetings and strategic discussions with data and analysis.
Maintain client strategy documentation and reporting systems.
What you will bring
University degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field with strong analytical skills.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: R35,000 to R40,000 per month (full-time).
Currency options: Choose to be paid in ZAR, USD, GBP, or a combination.

30-60-90 day expectations
Day 30 – Complete onboarding, understand client strategy methodologies, and begin analytical activities.

Day 90 – Consistently deliver client analysis and contribute to strategy development initiatives.
Probation and performance framework
6-month probation period with monthly performance reviews and clear success metrics.
Performance thresholds: Must achieve client strategy support targets to progress beyond probation.

Equipment policy: Company equipment must be returned if employment ends during the probationary period.
