About the role
As a Client Strategy Partner working remotely from South Africa, you will provide strategic growth advisory services to key clients and lead comprehensive client strategy initiatives across the UK and international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing advanced client strategies, managing senior client relationships, and driving significant growth and performance improvements for key clients.
Day-to-day, you'll provide strategic growth advisory services to senior clients, develop comprehensive growth strategies, lead complex client strategy projects, and work with senior leadership to drive client success and business growth. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking and senior-level relationship management skills.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a senior role available as full-time, fully remote from South Africa. You'll work closely with our London headquarters team through structured communication and regular video calls. Core collaboration hours align with South African mornings (UK afternoons) for optimal team interaction. Time tracking software is required for security and progress monitoring.
Leadership trajectory
This is a senior partner role with opportunities to advance to Principal or Director-level positions. You'll lead client strategy initiatives and may manage strategy teams. Exceptional performers will have opportunities for UK visa sponsorship and potential relocation to our London office.
What you will be doing
Provide strategic growth advisory services to senior clients and key stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive growth strategies and strategic plans for complex client challenges.

What you will bring
University degree with 4-6 years of experience in senior client strategy, consulting, or growth advisory roles.
Proven track record providing strategic advisory services and driving client growth.
Excellent English communication and strategic advisory skills for senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and growth strategy development capabilities.
Experience with advanced strategic methodologies and growth advisory frameworks.
Right to work in South Africa with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Senior advisory experience and ability to manage complex, strategic client relationships.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: R55,000 to R65,000 per month (full-time).
Currency options: Choose to be paid in ZAR, USD, GBP, or a combination.
Performance bonuses: Significant growth advisory success bonuses (available after 6-month probation).

30-60-90 day expectations
Day 30 – Complete onboarding, understand growth advisory portfolio, and develop a strategic approach.
Day 60 – Successfully provide strategic advisory services and demonstrate growth impact.
Day 90 – Consistently drive client growth and lead strategic advisory initiatives.
Probation and performance framework
6-month probation period with monthly performance reviews and clear success metrics.
Performance thresholds: Must achieve growth advisory targets to progress beyond probation.

Equipment policy: Company equipment must be returned if employment ends during the probationary period.
