About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) working remotely from South Africa, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, serving clients in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our senior sales team. Our in-house email outreach team handles all prospecting activities, allowing you to focus on strategy, qualification, and relationship building.
Day-to-day, you'll qualify inbound leads from our marketing team, manage opportunities generated by our outreach specialists, and build relationships with potential clients through strategic conversations. This role leverages the excellent communication skills and trusted accent of South African professionals when speaking with UK clients, making it an ideal entry point into international sales.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is an entry-level role available as full-time or part-time, fully remote from South Africa. You'll work closely with our London headquarters team through structured communication and regular video calls. Core collaboration hours align with South African mornings (UK afternoons) for optimal team interaction. Time tracking software is required for security and progress monitoring, which is an industry-standard practice for remote international roles.
Leadership trajectory
This is an entry-level role with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive and beyond. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of international sales, with the opportunity to progress to a closing role within 12-18 months based on performance. Exceptional performers will have opportunities for UK visa sponsorship and potential relocation to our London office, or advancement into senior sales leadership roles while remaining in South Africa.
