About the role
As a Sales Manager for Operations working remotely from South Africa, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, optimising sales processes, and supporting the sales team's performance across the UK and international markets. You will work closely with our London sales leadership to ensure efficient sales operations and drive sales team effectiveness.
Day-to-day, you'll manage sales operations processes, analyse sales performance data, support sales team productivity, and coordinate with internal teams to optimise sales effectiveness. This role requires strong operational thinking and sales process expertise to drive the success of the sales team.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a management role available as full-time, fully remote from South Africa. You'll work closely with our London headquarters team through structured communication and regular video calls. Core collaboration hours align with South African mornings (UK afternoons) for optimal team interaction. Time tracking software is required for security and progress monitoring.
Leadership trajectory
This is a management role with opportunities to advance to Senior Sales Manager or Director-level positions. You'll manage sales operations and may lead operational teams. Exceptional performers will have opportunities for UK visa sponsorship and potential relocation to our London office.
What you will be doing
Manage sales operations processes and systems to support sales team effectiveness.

What you will bring
University degree with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.
Proven track record in sales operations management and process optimisation.
Excellent English communication and operational management skills.
Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
Experience with sales operations systems, CRM management, and performance analysis.
Right to work in South Africa with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Management experience and ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: R50,000 to R60,000 per month (full-time).
Currency options: Choose to be paid in ZAR, USD, GBP, or a combination.

30-60-90 day expectations

Probation and performance framework
6-month probation period with monthly performance reviews and clear success metrics.
Performance thresholds: Must achieve sales operations targets to progress beyond probation.
