About the role
As a 3D Animation and Motion Graphics Specialist, you will be a key creative force in our global studio. You will be responsible for creating stunning 3D animations and motion graphics that bring our clients' brands to life. This is a creative and technical role that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including product explainers and brand films.
Day-to-day, you'll be working on all aspects of the 3D animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concepting to modelling, texturing, animating, and rendering. This role requires a high degree of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for storytelling.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a mid-level role with complete global flexibility. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, adopt a hybrid approach with occasional office visits, or work from our London headquarters. We trust you to manage your own time and deliver exceptional creative work. Time tracking is a standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment. This industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation, from the executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.
Leadership trajectory
This is a mid-level role with a clear path to leadership in creative roles. You'll start by mastering our creative process and consistently delivering exceptional work, with the opportunity to progress to a Senior or Lead role within 18 to 24 months. Exceptional performers will have the chance to build and lead their own creative team.
What you will be doing
Create high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including product explainers, brand films, and social media content.
Work on all aspects of the 3D animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concepting to modelling, texturing, animating, and rendering.
Collaborate with our global creative team, including art directors, copywriters, and video editors, to develop and execute creative concepts.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in 3D animation and motion graphics.
Continuously learn and improve your skills through training and experimentation.
What you will bring
A strong portfolio of 3D animation and motion graphics work that demonstrates your creative and technical skills.
Expertise in industry-standard software, such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
A deep understanding of the 3D animation pipeline and a passion for storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team coordination.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (London equivalent), with location-based adjustments for global remote work.
On-target performance bonus: Performance bonuses and success-sharing opportunities.
Company profit-sharing: Participation in overall company success.

30-60-90 day expectations

Day 90 – Consistently exceeding expectations and building a strong portfolio of work for our clients.
