You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
As a 3D Lighting and Rendering Specialist, you will be a key technical artist in our global studio. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and realistic lighting and rendering for our 3D animations and motion graphics. This is a highly technical and creative role where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from product visualisations to brand films.
Day-to-day, you'll work on all aspects of the lighting and rendering pipeline, from setting up lighting rigs and shaders to optimising render settings and compositing final shots. This role requires a high level of technical skill, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a mid-level role with complete global flexibility. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, adopt a hybrid approach with occasional office visits, or work from our London headquarters. We trust you to manage your own time and deliver exceptional creative work. Time tracking is a standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment. This industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation, from the executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.
Leadership trajectory
This is a mid-level role with a clear path to technical leadership. You'll start by mastering our lighting and rendering pipeline, consistently delivering exceptional work, and have the opportunity to progress to a Senior or Lead role within 18-24 months. Exceptional performers will have the chance to build and lead their own technical art team.
