Agency Partnerships Associate - Reseller and White-label

Full-time
London, United Kingdom • In office, Hybrid or Remote
About GoGorilla

GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.

About the role

You'll build and scale relationships with agencies and consultancies across reseller and white-label partnerships. This is a foundational role where you'll create the playbook for agency partnerships, then build and lead a team as traction grows. Your success directly drives company growth and your own rapid progression.

Day-to-day, you'll map agency landscapes, open doors with decision-makers, design partnership programmes, and convert interest into signed agreements with clear next steps and governance. Our in-house outreach team handles initial prospecting, allowing you to focus on strategic relationship building and partnership development.

Working pattern and flexibility

This is an entry-level role available in-office (London), hybrid, or fully remote. For in-office work, expect to be based in our central London office 4-5 days a week, where you will learn from our senior team and immerse yourself in our high-performance culture. Flexibility is offered for high performers who consistently exceed their targets. Time tracking is required for any hybrid or remote work to ensure security and progress monitoring, which is an industry-standard practice.

Leadership trajectory

We're hiring with rapid progression in mind. As results justify expansion, you'll employ and lead associates, coordinate UK-based partnerships, and shape our agency relations strategy. High performers typically see leadership opportunities within 6-12 months, with clear progression from Associate to Lead to Principal as the function develops.

What you will be doing
  • Qualify inbound leads from our marketing team and partnership channels.

  • Manage and prioritise opportunities generated by our in-house outreach specialists.

  • Build relationships with agency decision-makers and understand their partnership needs.

  • Design reseller and white-label programmes that create value for both parties.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure clear governance structures.

  • Track and report on partnership performance and revenue generation.

  • Provide strategic input to our outreach team on messaging and targeting for agency segments.

  • Represent GoGorilla at agency events and industry networking opportunities.

What you will bring
  • Experience in at least one of these areas: Agency partnerships, channel sales, B2B business development, or consultancy relationships.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with senior agency executives.

  • Commercial focus with experience in partnership development and revenue generation.

  • Understanding of the agency landscape and how partnerships create mutual value.

  • Right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

  • Comfortable using modern tools, including CRM, project management, and partnership tracking systems.

You should not apply if
  • You are not interested in building long-term strategic partnerships with agencies.

  • You prefer individual contributor roles over partnership development and relationship management.

  • You are not comfortable with revenue targets and partnership performance metrics.

  • You avoid networking events or representing the company at industry functions.

  • You do not enjoy learning about different business models and partnership structures.

How we work
  • Outcomes first – partnership success is measured by revenue generated, partner satisfaction, and strategic value creation.

  • Autonomy with accountability – you have the freedom to develop partnership strategies with clear expectations for results.

  • Build the playbook – you will create the frameworks and processes that make agency partnerships scalable.

  • One team – you collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client success to ensure partner success.

  • Continuous improvement – data-driven insights and partner feedback shape our partnership approach.

Compensation and progression
  • Base salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (London), with adjustments for other UK locations (£30,000 to £40,000).

  • Commission structure: £15,000 to £25,000 through partnership commissions tied to deal value and revenue generation (On-target earnings: £50,000 to £70,000).

  • Performance bonuses: Significant additional rewards for exceeding targets and strategic milestones.

  • Equity participation: Share options available for high performers after demonstrating consistent excellence and strategic impact.

  • Benefits: Private healthcare for full-time UK employees after 6 months probation, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop and modern tools, learning budget and regular team events.

  • Progression: Clear path to Lead and Principal roles as the function grows.

30-60-90 day expectations
  • Day 30 – Complete onboarding, understand our partnership model, and begin qualifying your first agency opportunities.

  • Day 60 – Establish relationships with key agency contacts and design your first partnership programme.

  • Day 90 – Close your first partnership agreement and demonstrate clear pipeline growth with measurable results.
