Full-time

London, United Kingdom • In office, Hybrid or Remote
About GoGorilla
GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
You'll manage our most strategic agency alliances, focusing on deep partnerships with major agencies and consultancies that drive significant revenue and strategic value. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll own key relationships and create frameworks for the success of strategic partnerships.
Day-to-day, you'll manage strategic agency relationships, design bespoke partnership programmes, coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, and drive revenue through strategic alliances. Our in-house outreach team supports initial prospecting, allowing you to focus on high-value relationship management and strategic programme development.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a senior role available in-office (London), hybrid, or fully remote. For in-office, expect to be in our central London office 3-4 days a week for strategic collaboration and partner meetings. A high degree of flexibility is offered for high performers who consistently exceed their targets. Time tracking is required for any hybrid or remote work to ensure security and progress monitoring, which is an industry-standard practice.
Leadership trajectory
This is a senior individual contributor role with clear progression to the Principal level. You'll start by managing our most strategic partnerships, with the opportunity to shape our entire strategic alliances approach and lead major partnership initiatives. High performers are positioned for Principal-level roles within 12-18 months.
