About the role
As a Client Strategy Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of our most strategic clients. You will be responsible for providing high-level strategic guidance, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring that we are delivering maximum value. This is a senior role that offers the chance to work with some of the world's most exciting high-growth companies.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with the founders and senior executives at our key clients, acting as a sounding board for their strategic decisions and helping them navigate the challenges of rapid growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a senior role available in-office (London), hybrid, or fully remote. For in-office, expect to be in our central London office 3-4 days a week for strategic collaboration. A high degree of flexibility is offered for high performers who consistently exceed their targets. Time tracking is required for any hybrid or remote work to ensure security and progress monitoring, which is an industry-standard practice.
Leadership trajectory
This is a senior role with a clear path to leadership. You'll start by managing a portfolio of our most strategic clients, with the opportunity to progress to a Client Strategy Lead role within 18 to 24 months. Exceptional performers can then move into Head of Department and other senior leadership roles, shaping our entire client success function.
What you will be doing
Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of our most strategic clients.
Provide high-level strategic guidance on all aspects of their growth and marketing strategy.
Identify and develop new growth opportunities for your clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives at our key clients.
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that we are delivering exceptional work that exceeds our clients' expectations.
Lead strategic reviews and planning sessions with your clients.
Contribute to the development of our growth advisory practice and thought leadership.
Represent GoGorilla at industry events and networking opportunities.
What you will bring
Extensive experience in a senior client-facing role, such as a management consultant, a senior account director, or a head of growth.
A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the challenges of rapid growth.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: £55,000 to £70,000 (London), with adjustments for other UK locations.
On-target performance bonus: Significant performance bonuses and success-sharing opportunities.

30-60-90 day expectations
Day 30 – Complete onboarding, take ownership of your client portfolio, and begin to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Day 60 – Develop your initial strategic recommendations for each of your clients and begin to identify new growth opportunities.
Day 90 – Demonstrate a clear understanding of your clients' businesses and be seen as a trusted advisor by their senior leadership teams.
