About GoGorilla
GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
As Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic architect of our entire revenue engine. You will own the systems, processes, and data that power our Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams, ensuring seamless alignment and maximum efficiency. This is a critical leadership role in which you will establish the operational foundations for our next phase of global growth.
Day-to-day, you'll design and optimise our revenue technology stack, build and manage our revenue data and analytics infrastructure, and provide strategic insights to our commercial leadership. You'll also be responsible for leading a team of revenue operations specialists and for driving a culture of data-driven decision-making across the entire company.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a senior leadership role available in-office (London) only. Expect to be in our central London office 4-5 days a week for strategic collaboration with the commercial leadership team. This role requires close coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders, making in-office presence essential for success.
Leadership trajectory
You'll operate at the executive level with direct influence on our revenue strategy and operational excellence across all commercial functions. Your decisions will shape how GoGorilla scales its revenue engine, with authority to drive technology investments, process transformation, and strategic planning initiatives. This role offers substantial equity participation and the opportunity to build world-class revenue operations capabilities that become competitive advantages. You'll work directly with the leadership team on strategic planning, fundraising, and market expansion while establishing new industry standards for performance marketing operations.
What you will be doing
Design, build, and manage our entire revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and partnership management tools.
Build and manage our revenue data and analytics infrastructure, providing a single source of truth for all commercial data.
Develop and maintain our key commercial reporting and forecasting models, providing strategic insights to our commercial leadership.
Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnership leaders to optimise their processes and drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Own the end-to-end revenue process, from lead generation to customer onboarding and renewal.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the entire commercial organisation.
Provide regular reporting on revenue operations performance to the CEO and the executive team.
What you will bring
Extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, with a proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations functions in high-growth technology companies.
Deep expertise in revenue technology, including CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), and other commercial tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build complex data models and derive strategic insights from large datasets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and build scalable, repeatable processes.
You should not apply if
You prefer working within a single commercial function (e.g., sales ops or marketing ops) over leading a unified revenue operations function.
You are not comfortable with a role that involves a high degree of technical complexity and data analysis.
You are not interested in a senior leadership role that involves building and managing a team.
You are not a strategic thinker who enjoys designing and executing complex, multi-year growth strategies.
You are not comfortable with a role that has significant global revenue responsibility and performance targets.
