About the role
Our Commercial Graduate Scheme is a fast-track programme designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders at GoGorilla. You will rotate through our key commercial functions, including sales, partnerships, and client strategy, gaining a deep understanding of our business and our clients. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the business and to make a real impact from day one.
Day-to-day, you'll work on a variety of projects, from supporting our sales team with new business development to helping our partnerships team build relationships with key partners. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to learn and grow.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a full-time, in-office role based in our central London headquarters. We believe that the best way to learn is by being immersed in our culture and collaborating with our team in person.
Leadership trajectory
This is a graduate scheme with a clear path to a permanent role at GoGorilla. You'll start by rotating through our key commercial functions, with the opportunity to specialise in the area that best suits your skills and interests. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to progress to a leadership role within 2-3 years.
What you will be doing
Rotate through our key commercial functions, including sales, partnerships, and client strategy.
Support our sales team with new business development, from lead generation to closing deals.
Help our partnerships team build relationships with key partners, from start-ups to large enterprises.
Work with our client strategy team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth for our clients.

What you will bring
A recent graduate with a strong academic record.

Compensation and progression
Base salary: £35,000
On-target performance bonus: Performance bonuses and success-sharing opportunities.
Company profit-sharing: Participation in overall company success.

About the role
Day 30 – Complete onboarding, learn our business model, and begin your first rotation.
Day 60 – Take ownership of your first project and begin contributing to our commercial playbook.
Day 90 – Consistently delivering high-impact results and demonstrating a clear understanding of our business.
