Investor Partnerships Associate - Angel Networks and Family Offices

Full-time

London, United Kingdom • In office
About GoGorilla
GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
You'll build and scale relationships across angel networks and family offices, creating predictable revenue streams through founder introductions and co-selling opportunities. This is a brand-new function where you'll create the playbook, then build and lead a team as traction grows. Your success directly drives company growth and your own rapid progression.
Day to day you'll map investor portfolios, open doors, run programmes for their founders and convert interest into signed revenue with clear next steps and governance. This role sits in the Investor Partnerships track and offers significant earning potential through performance-based rewards.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is primarily an in-office role in central London. Expect 4 to 5 days a week in the office during your first three months whilst you learn our platform, build the playbook and meet targets. Once established, and with manager approval, high performers can earn flexibility to work from home up to two days a week. Time tracking is standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment - this industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation from executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.
Leadership trajectory
We're hiring with rapid progression in mind. As results justify expansion, you'll hire and lead associates, coordinate UK-based partnerships, and shape our investor relations strategy. High performers typically see leadership opportunities within 6-12 months, with clear progression from Associate to Lead to Principal as you build the function.
What you will be doing
Own a territory of angel networks and family offices. Build multi-threaded relationships with partners, platform teams and portfolio founders.
Design and run investor-facing motions – portfolio enablement sessions, founder office hours, co-marketing and invite-only dinners – that generate qualified introductions.
Translate interest into pipeline. Progress opportunities with clear next steps, executive-ready documents and auditable scoping.
Close new business alongside founders and our sales lead. Align incentives and delivery with measurable outcomes.
Track and report weekly on meetings, opportunities, conversion rates, revenue and cohort performance.
Feed market intelligence into pricing, packaging and case studies.
Host and attend events across London's startup ecosystem. Some breakfasts and evening events are part of the job.
Jump in where needed. At times you may help with client strategy calls, pre-sales discovery or light operational tasks to unblock progress.
What you will bring
Experience in at least one of these areas: Family office, PE, VC or angel platform, startup partnerships, B2B new business, venture-backed founder services or agency channel sales.
Credibility with investors and founders, strong written and spoken communication, and confident event hosting.
Commercial focus. You enjoy creating pipeline, progressing opportunities and negotiating to a signed agreement.
Ownership mindset and grit. You hit numbers, learn quickly and improve weekly.
London office presence. Right to work in the UK is required. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
Comfortable using a modern stack – Google Workspace, Slack, CRM, task management and light documents for proposals.
You should not apply if
You want a steady, narrowly defined role. This is a startup environment with changing priorities.
You are not willing to work primarily in the office or to switch across responsibilities when needed.
You prefer process to outcomes or find high accountability uncomfortable.
You avoid events, outreach and public-facing work.
You do not enjoy learning fast, taking feedback or being measured on results.
How we work
Outcomes first – plans, pricing and delivery are governed by data and made auditable for clients.
Autonomy with accountability – you get room to operate and clear numbers to own.
Build the playbook – you will document what works so we can scale it across the team.
One team – specialists deliver execution whilst the London team leads relationships, governance and growth.
Continuous improvement – frequent feedback and simple scorecards keep growth visible.
