About GoGorilla
GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
You'll lead our global agency partnerships strategy, building and scaling programmes with major global agency networks and holding companies. This is a senior strategic role where you'll design initiatives that work across multiple regions and create lasting competitive advantage in the global agency ecosystem.
Day-to-day, you'll design and execute global partnership initiatives, build relationships with senior executives at major agency networks, coordinate strategic activities across multiple regions, and create frameworks for international partnership success. This role sits at the Principal level and offers significant earning potential through strategic impact and global programme success.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is primarily an in-office role in central London. Expect to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week during your first three months, while you learn our platform, build the playbook, and meet targets. Once established, and with manager approval, high performers can earn flexibility to work from home up to two days a week. Time tracking is a standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment. This industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation, from the executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.
Strategic ownership
You'll own the strategic development of our global agency partnership programmes and international expansion initiatives. Your leadership will shape how GoGorilla scales its agency relationships worldwide, with authority to drive major partnership agreements and market entry strategies. This role offers substantial equity participation and the opportunity to build world-class global partnership capabilities, establishing us as the preferred partner for leading agencies. You'll drive innovation in partnership models while developing next-generation leaders and contributing to our international growth strategy. Clear progression opportunities exist to the VP of Partnerships and senior executive roles.
