About the role


As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading our content and community programme for founders. You'll create a world-class resource that provides high-growth founders with the insights, connections, and support they need to succeed. This is a strategic role where you'll be a key player in building our brand and driving inbound demand from the global founder community.


Day-to-day, you'll develop our content strategy, create and curate high-quality content, build and manage our private founder community, and measure the impact of your efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation skills, and a deep understanding of the founder journey.


Working pattern and flexibility


This is a senior role available in-office (London), hybrid, or fully remote. For in-office, expect to be in our central London office 2-3 days a week for strategic collaboration. A high degree of flexibility is offered for high performers who consistently deliver against programme targets. Time tracking is required for any hybrid or remote work to ensure security and progress monitoring, which is an industry-standard practice.


Leadership trajectory


This is a senior role with a clear path to Principal level and beyond. You'll start by building our content and community programme, with the opportunity to progress to a Principal role within 18-24 months, where you'll lead our entire founder partnership strategy. Exceptional performers will have the chance to shape the company's overall growth strategy.

What you will be doing
  • Develop and execute a global content and community strategy for founders.

  • Create and curate a regular cadence of high-quality content, including articles, case studies, podcasts, and videos.

  • Build and manage a private, exclusive community for high-growth founders.

  • Host regular events, workshops, and networking opportunities for the community.

  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote your content and grow the community.

  • Track and report on the performance of your content and community programme, using data to drive strategic decisions.

  • Act as a key spokesperson for GoGorilla on the topic of founder success and community building.


What you will bring
  • Extensive experience in content marketing, community management, or a related field, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful programmes.

  • A deep understanding of the global founder community, with a strong network of contacts and a passion for helping founders to succeed.

  • Excellent content creation skills, with a portfolio of high-quality work.

  • Strong community management skills, with experience building and managing online communities.

  • Right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable, repeatable programmes.

Compensation and progression
  • Base salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (London), with adjustments for other UK locations (£45,000 to £60,000).

  • On-target performance bonus: Significant performance bonuses and success-sharing opportunities.

  • Company profit-sharing: Significant participation in overall company success.

  • Equity: Meaningful equity participation is a core part of our compensation philosophy for high-performing team members, offering a stake in our long-term success.

  • Progression: Clear path to Principal, Founder Partnerships within 18-24 months, with opportunities to shape the company's overall growth strategy.

30-60-90 day expectations
  • Day 30 – complete onboarding, conduct a full audit of our existing content and community efforts, and begin developing your strategy.

  • Day 60 – present your content and community strategy to senior leadership and begin executing on your first initiatives.

  • Day 90 – demonstrate early signs of success, with a growing and engaged community and a regular cadence of high-quality content.
