About GoGorilla
GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.
About the role
As VP of Partnerships, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for designing and executing the company's entire partnership strategy. You will lead our Investor, Agency, and Founder partnership teams, building a global, multi-channel revenue engine. This is a career-defining opportunity to build a world-class partnership function from the ground up and shape the future of a high-growth FinTech company.
Day-to-day, you'll set the strategic direction for all partnership activities, mentor and lead a team of senior partnership leaders, negotiate our most complex and high-value strategic alliances, and represent GoGorilla at the highest levels of the global marketing and investment industries. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of building and scaling global partnership programmes.
Working pattern and flexibility
This is a senior executive role available in-office (London), hybrid, or fully remote. For in-office, expect to be in our central London office 3-4 days a week for strategic collaboration with the executive team. A high degree of flexibility is offered, with a focus on outcomes and global impact. Time tracking is not required for this role.
Executive Impact
As a member of our executive team, you'll have direct influence on board-level strategic decisions and company direction. You'll shape GoGorilla's market positioning across all partnership channels, with the authority to drive major strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation. This role offers significant equity participation and wealth creation potential as you build and scale entire functions during our rapid growth phase. You'll have the opportunity to establish GoGorilla as the industry leader in FinTech-powered performance marketing while developing the next generation of senior leaders.

Own the global partnership revenue number, with full P&L responsibility for the entire partnership function.
Negotiate and manage our most strategic, multi-regional agreements with major global agency networks, investment funds, and technology partners.
Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy, planning, and fundraising.
Represent GoGorilla as a senior spokesperson at major global industry events, conferences, and in the media.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including senior executives at our most important partners and clients.
Provide regular reporting on partnership performance to the CEO and the board of directors.
What you will bring
Extensive executive-level experience in global partnerships, business development, or corporate development, with a proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel partnership programmes.
A deep understanding of the global marketing, advertising, and investment ecosystems, with a strong network of contacts at the most senior levels.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing, global teams.
World-class negotiation and commercial acumen, with experience in structuring and negotiating complex, multi-million-pound partnership agreements.
Right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
A visionary, strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and build a global revenue engine.

You prefer managing a single channel or region over leading a global, multi-channel function.
You are not comfortable with a role that has full P&L responsibility and a high degree of accountability to the CEO and the board.
You are not interested in a senior executive role that involves shaping overall company strategy and culture.
You are not a visionary leader who enjoys building new functions and programmes from the ground up.
